Argyll Community Housing Association

Argyll Community Housing Association was formed in 2006 to take on the ownership and management of all 5,800 former Argyll and Bute Council properties.  This occurred following a ballot of all Council tenants, with the tenants voting overwhelmingly in favour of this transfer.

ACHA aims to provide quality housing for affordable rents.  It aims to put tenants first in all decisions it makes.  ACHA has main offices in Oban, Dunoon, Helensburgh and Campbeltown, and sub-offices in Mid Argyll, Bute, Islay and Mull.

ACHA is a member of HOME Argyll, which aims to make it easier for people to apply for housing in Argyll and Bute.  For more information on HOME Argyll, including how to apply, please click here
