Fyne Homes Housing Association has over 1,400 properties in Argyll and Bute and has offices in Bute, Dunoon, Campbeltown and Lochgilphead.
As well as general needs housing, Fyne Homes provides amenity housing, shared ownership housing options and some sheltered housing. The association's housing stock is located throughout the following areas:

Fyne Homes prides itself in its success in building relationships with residents. The association runs over 20 residents groups across Argyll and Bute. The groups give residents the chance to ask questions and feedback to Fyne Homes, as well as the opportunity to hear from organisations such as the health and fire services. The Fyne Homes outreach vehicle is used to host meetings in rural areas minimising the need for residents to travel long distances to attend.
As a landlord, Fyne Homes is committed to doing more than just providing housing. The association provides a good quality repairs service, offers debt and tenancy management and can assist in benefits advice.
Fyne Homes has received several awards for its housing and other initiatives, including Secure by Design awards and awards from the Saltire Society for developments such as A'Chrannag on the Island of Bute.
